Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer free delivery to a single address on all orders over £100 that are within 10 miles of our store (GU5 0LL). We can also offer free delivery on the UK mainland (exceptions apply) on orders over £250. Otherwise delivery is charged at £14.99 per address.

For deliveries to the Scottish mainland outside of Edinburgh and Glasgow please ask for a quote.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland or any UK Islands, including the Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. We can, however, recommend a couple of our fellow independent wine merchants on those beautiful islands and we're sure they'll help you with your delivery needs. For the Channel Islands, you might like to use Dunnels, who have been stalwarts of the Jersey wine scene since 1900, and for the Isle of Wight we recommend The Terrace, which is a fantastic restaurant, plus a guesthouse with a wine shop attached.

Please note we have the legal right to cancel any delivery if we have reason to believe that the recipient is under the age of 18 and you may be asked for identification to prove your age on delivery.

For nationwide delivery we use APC couriers, please read their terms and conditions at www.apc-overnight.com 

We aim that orders requiring delivery by APC and that are placed before noon will be collected via our courier on the same day and delivered within 3 working days. Please note that we cannot despatch orders over a weekend or a bank holiday. At exceptionally busy times (e.g. Christmas), please be aware that delivery times may be longer than normal.
