Not just a favourite tipple of Ab Fab’s Eddy and Patsy, ‘Bolly’ is Mrs TW’s preferred fizz too. This is mostly due to the rich oakiness of the house blend, which is full-bodied and flavoursome with a soft and creamy texture. But also partly due to the beautiful chateau tour we had a couple of years ago! Bollinger was established in 1829 and is famous for its Pinot Noir rich blend - which marks it out against some of the more Chardonnay-heavy Champagnes out there.
Perfect for parties, it’s just the thing for a seafood platter or cheese gougères.
