Top-notch fruit comes from, among other communes, Puligny and Meursault and creates a 'mere Bourgogne blanc' that's zipping with lemon freshness balanced out by the smoothness of the oakiness in the background.
Aromas of white flowers, peach, grilled almond and lemon peel dominate Les Sétilles, followed by a lively but mineral palate full of freshly cut green apples and a touch of spice. 100% barrel fermented (only 10% new) and very attractive, it will be perfect for drinking over the next few years.
Ideal during the aperitif, with charcuteries or goat cheeses. Serving temperature 10-12°C.
